The Ball in Hand Introduction

The Ball In Hand is excited to announce the start of another handicap tournament league.

This time the tournaments will be held at The Ball In Hand only. However the ending PARTY and the trophy awards will still be held at the Hillary Bar.

Since we have used the same tournament format for over 1 year now, we though it was time for a small change. Now instead of having separate tournaments the women and men will be playing together. The handicap is similar to the leagues before but instead of changing the handicap after every tournament, the handicap is now fixed.

The tournament is a race to six racks with the lowest handicap at -4 and the highest at +4.

Entry fee for men is 700 Baht

Entry fee for women is 500 Baht

Winner – 8500 Baht
Second – 4000 Baht
Split Third – 1500 Baht

Players may register or seek further information at The Ball In Hand and don’t forget, whatever your level of ability every competitor has the same chance of winning!

Handicap System:

Race to 6
Max low handicap - 4
Max high handicap + 4

Winner goes down - 1

Second goes down 1/2 (handicap does not change until it passes 1)

Third goes down 1/3 (3 times in order for handicap to change)
