The Ball in Hand, located in the Rajah Hotel Complex, Sukhumvit Soi 4 (Nana) is Bangkok's first professional pool venue. As the sole distributor of Brunswick pool tables, we have supplied nearly all of Bangkok's quality pool-rooms with their equipment. We continue to operate our room as a world-class venue and have hosted some of the best players in the world, including numerous world champions.

As far as the equipment at the Ball in Hand is concerned, the room is fitted out with the finest quality Brunswick pool tables, making it not only a playing environment of the highest standards, but also a showroom for Brunswick's vast product line. These Brunswick tables are complemented by Aramith Pro balls and Cuetec cues with professional layered tips. Only top of the range equipment is used throughout the room, providing a great playing experience from beginning to professional players.

For the pool enthusiast, the Ball in Hand sponsors weekly handicapped tournaments for both men and women. Our handicap system allows anybody to have a chance at the prize money. If you love the game, come out for the Sunday competitions.

In addition, the Ball in Hand sponsors the Bangkok Pool League. Bangkok is a city truly in love with the game of pool, and the pool league provides one avenue for that community to get together for fun and competition. At the close of each season the Ball in Hand hosts an 8 and 9 Ball tournament. These events draw upwards of 100 people, and are open to any player that participated once during the season.

The Ball in Hand has a sister venue, the Metro Bar. Also located in the Rajah Hotel Complex, the Metro Bar is home to three Brunswick Metro tables and participates in the Bangkok Pool League, but the emphasis here is on the music and wide array of alcoholic beverages, shooters and cocktails. It also features photography and artwork by local artists.
